Faro Platinum 8-foot, 6-axis Arm
The Faro
Platinum Arm is a portable coordinate measuring machine with a
length accuracy of ±0.036 mm (±0.0014 in). The Faro Platinum Arm
comes with a 3-mm and 6-mm diameter probe tip and an integrated
battery for use in remote locations.
Faro Arms are ideal when measuring objects up to the size of a
passenger car.
Faro X V2 Laser Tracker
Using laser technology
the X V2 tracker can measure 3-D positions in real time over a
230 ft range. The trackers laser and high-accuracy angular
encoders following a mirrored spherical probe accomplishes this.
A laser tracker is ideal
for taking measurements over a large volume. The system provides
real-time feedback on the location of the measurement target,
making a laser tracker well suited for tool building or
problem-solving.
